No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the quality and authenticity of our handmade products.

Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos must be provided as proof

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange an exchange for the same product.

All our products are 100% handmade. Minor variations in color, size, or pattern are natural and are not considered defects, therefore they are not eligible for exchange.
