All our products are 100% handmade. Due to the handmade nature of our items:

  • Slight variations in color, size, or pattern may occur

  • These variations are a natural part of handcrafted products and are not considered defects

Product images are for reference only. We make every effort to display colors accurately, but screen differences may cause slight variations.

Order Confirmation & Payments

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

For some orders, we may require advance payment to confirm the order before processing. Orders will only be prepared once confirmation is received.

Failure to provide advance payment (if requested) may result in order cancellation.

Delivery

  • Delivery time is 7–10 working days after order confirmation

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once a handmade item has entered the production process, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

As our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos for verification.
